to the US Senate
Whereas, The United
States is involved in an active military engagement to fight
Terrorism, and
Whereas,
The Neutrality Treaty signed between the Governments of
Panama and the United States allows the United States to
take back control of the Panama Canal in such a time of
National Security Risk,
I, the Undersigned,
do hereby join the American Defense Council to Petition
the Senate of the United States of America to take all immediate
and necessary action to enforce the Neutrality Treaty and
return control of the Panama Canal to the United States
of America.
