PANAMA HEARINGS PETITION to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee

Whereas, Li Ka-shing has "special rights" to Albrook Air Force Base, Fort Sherman Jungle Warfare Training Center, Rodman Naval Station, and other vital American military assets in Panama;

Whereas, the government of Panama gave the Communist Chinese
front company Hutchison Whampoa "priority operations" rights;

Whereas, the Panama Canal, the "choke point of the Americas," could be closed to U.S. warships in a time of emergency;

Therefore, I do hereby call upon the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to hold public hearings to investigate and expose the connections between the surrender of vital American military assets in Panama and Li Ka-shing, the Communist Chinese front company Hutchison Whampoa, or any other person or organization operating in or around the Panama Canal Zone that Red China may control.
